McDonald's in Ellwangen

Wow, I've never seen such a bad McDonalds. Washing hands is not allowed, ordering basics inside in the morning is prohibited, but dive in speaker does not react. And that at a truck stop where there are mostly trucks that cannot use the dive in

It's a shame ... it is clear that, especially when there is a high rush of customers, mistakes can sometimes be made when ordering, but this has now become a standard, even if I am the only customer. Opening your menu is always a surprise, you never know whether you will get what you have ordered or something else.

Permanently poor quality!

The food tastes good every time we have ordered and I mean really every time things were either swapped or not at all

There were 3 people behind the sales counter and a counter with "order" - but you were told that you had to place the order yourself on the terminal computer. No order was placed.

Fast and friendly staff. It's a typical McDonald's restaurant. I ordered via app and got everything prepared in advance. So the drive went very quickly and the offers made it very cheap!

It's a shame that you have to go to the machine first, then order to the cash register and wait. If I had been able to order and pay directly, it would have been faster! But the food is great.

McMuffin Bacon & Egg were unfortunately not really tasty because they were "shriveled". But it went quickly.

What an unfriendly place. Those who are up to the German language cannot count on three and incompetence in every farce. Pathetic! The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The floor is so greasy that you almost slip !! No recommendation!

Men and women can choose, order and pay with the app. Unfortunately there were communication problems. This is due to the lack of knowledge of German. Corona guidelines are apparently followed.

Guys I don't know what to expect. I see some comments here that the friendliness was not so good and the tables were not clean. You know how much stress it is to work in catering. For friendliness, when people keep arriving and being unfriendly, I also remain unfriendly in my opinion. So I really like it, the staff are very friendly. It is not a 5 star restaurant where you expect everything. You have to be happy that they are still open for us until 3 a.m. and that you can get something to eat. The nicest McDonald's far and wide. The citizens were a poem and the coffee was the stunner. Everything came in bags.

Last visited on 28.09. around 6:15 p.m. The lady at the Mc Café was unfortunately very rude, otherwise clean and right on the highway

After trying to scan a voucher for 10 minutes in the empty restaurant at the kiosk (the screen for ordering), the staff has watched it and goes to the cash register, you are told: "Only service at the kiosk." Gone without ordering. Opposite is Burger King

Tables in the restaurant were not clean, the food was not cleared. We had to clear a foreign tray to get four. MC staff sat at the next table, either pausing or finishing work together. Another ran past the full tables twice with the cell phone in his hand. I was embarrassed to take more pictures. When we finished eating, the rest of the tables were cleared and cleaned.

Typical fast food restaurant, location rather boring, but very easily accessible from the highway.

Very patient staff, the place is clean and has large parking space.

Usual prices, can't complain about value, but rubbish bins overflowing outside and inside! Not a pleasant environment.
